Ordered 8 pizzas from the Fortschwihr food truck. There was absolutely no professionalism when we called to order, and it was even worse when we picked them up at the truck... The saleswoman was unpleasant, practically throwing a tantrum and complaining because we each wanted to pay for our own pizza, as has always been the case for at least the last year and a half, maybe even two years, since we started coming. We are loyal Sunday evening customers, but we're going to switch to a different pizza truck because I want to pick up my pizza without having to whisper in the truck's ear to get annoyed. A drop in professionalism; I'm disappointed. Furthermore, the pizzas were way overcooked.

Ordered 9 pizzas tonight in Fortschwihr, including one without bacon (as specified in the order)! After 3 bites, I found bacon hidden under the Munster cheese and potatoes. I called to point out the mistake, and the response was, "It wasn't me; it was my colleague," "The potatoes are cooked with the bacon" (why didn't they say that when I ordered???) "It's not a big deal, it happens"... Naturally, I got angry because they made me eat something I didn't want, and they didn't even apologize: that's the bare minimum I expected... And then, the "bitch" had the nerve to hang up on me, saying, "I have work to do, goodbye"!!! Luckily for her, I had to go home and put my daughter to bed for school tomorrow, otherwise I would have gone back to see if she was still so loud-mouthed!!!! What a disgrace for a shopkeeper!

I suggest you check Google's opening hours; we came with the family and it was closed. What a shame.
