Given the setting, you'd expect something typical, but the menu is rather generic and has nothing to do with the region or the decor. Nevertheless, it's good, and the service is impeccable. Prices are quite high.

From the main course to dessert, we loved it. Friendly service and good wine. We'll gladly return.

The tasting menu was very nice and good value for money, the staff were pleasant, and we had a good time. The gaps between courses were a bit long, but it was still a lovely discovery. The wines were excellent. I recommend it.

We wanted to see the Ribeauvillé Christmas market, but it was impossible to find parking. So we visited the one in Bergheim instead. And we had lunch at Vitisbar. We'd been there three years ago. It's a shame people don't think to stop there. It's an excellent restaurant. Friendly service, and they even offer a daily menu on Christmas market days. Honestly, the dishes are worth the price. It's better to go out less often but eat beautiful and delicious food.

A warm and tastefully decorated place, with a simple yet professional welcome. The food was perfect: the duck was cooked to perfection, its peppery jus was just right, the vegetables were perfectly crisp, and the royal cake was a delightful twist on the classic. A real treat! Definitely worth discovering; I hope they continue to do as well.

We were captivated by the subtlety and finesse of each dish, from appetizer to dessert: an exceptional experience. An explosion of flavors, a delicate blend of crunch and melt-in-your-mouth textures, hot and cold, sweet and savory... our taste buds are begging for more, and our sincere congratulations to the chef and bravo to the owner, who was very helpful and whose restaurant is welcoming.

In a typical Alsatian dining room, the traditional cuisine is hearty and delicious, and the staff is attentive and welcoming. The terrace could use some improvement and renovation.

You'd better go somewhere else, it's way too expensive for what it is.

A very nice place, the cuisine is very close to that of a gourmet restaurant; I highly recommend it, especially as the price is more than reasonable.
