I called 30 minutes in advance to order takeout, the order was confirmed, then when I arrived to pick it up they told me they didn't have any escalope 😥, they could have called ahead to change the order 🫩 we got our order and surprise, no sauce and only one napkin for 3 meals

The welcome was fantastic, the kind you don't expect at all when you walk into this type of establishment. The food was good, and I don't think I waited long.

I want to warn other customers. My hearing-impaired son has been to this doner several times. Because he doesn't speak French well, they tried to take advantage of him. Each time, they didn't give him the correct change. Just today, my son pointed it out to them, and they simply replied that they had "forgotten the prices." Yet, this isn't the first time. I've already reported this problem to them. What's really worrying is that they seem to target children or people who don't speak French well. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. Be very careful with your change and always check what you're paying for.
