Bistro Flam's

I wanted to form my own opinion, otherwise, judging by some of the comments, I wouldn't have gone 😅 Well, I recommend it. We had a very good meal. Quick service, very welcoming staff, good value for money, location... and a delicious blueberry and raspberry tart 😋

A lovely little restaurant on a lively street, but ideally located. The staff were attentive. A great find!

Had a very bad experience both with the quality of the pizza which was terrible but what was most unpleasant was the attitude of whom I presume was the manager who showed her annoyance when we shared a pizza. This is very unacceptable in a service industry.

We are a group of 4 senior citizens. We ordered 2 pizzas as we are not big eaters. A big sized blonde lady, presumably the lady boss loudly embarrassed us by saying loudly "4 persons only 2 pizzas"?. We explained that we are unable to finish 4 pizzas. To be clear, the restaurant was not full. In fact we were the only table seated on the inside. She proceeded to rudely remove the placemats, crumpling it in a bunch and rudely plonked one water bottle on the table. Had we been younger, we would have been embarrassed by this. The pizza was mediocre and anyone can make better ones from a home oven. To show her displeasure, our pizzas were not even cut into pieces. Disgraceful behavior! Highly NOT recommended! Never go to this restaurant!

Avoid this place at all costs. For a family of five, it's as if two tarte flambées and five drinks, not to mention desserts at the end of the meal, weren't enough to justify a full lunch. I understand the area is very touristy, and I can accept that after a certain hour you're not entitled to a table if you're only having a coffee… But when you see such a beautiful place, especially on market day where culinary tensions are running high, it's indecent to turn away customers once you've seated them. For anyone else interested, the city is full of great places to eat.

Toilet only for guests when traveling with a 2-year-old child, thank you very much. Very unfriendly.

Absolutely delicious pizza and drinks. Friendly staff. The perfect place to stop to eat after wondering around in this beautiful place ❤️

Unfriendly staff

I am writing this because the Google ratings weren't good. I happened to sit here while passing by, and the staff were all so friendly and spoke great English! They guided me to a great seat, and the view from the terrace is the best! It was the best moment of my time in Colmar.

Excellent tarte flambée gratiné, the cheese was incredibly good and the dough was perfect, not dry like in other restaurants. 👌

The food was very good, the staff friendly, and our large dog was welcome. A good place for a lunch break. The atmosphere was okay, nothing more. But the staff made an effort, speaking German and English, and were very nice.
