The guys are friendly and good businessmen, their beer is really good. I tried their Belgian-style triple and it's definitely worth it. That's coming from a guy who lives near Belgium and loves a good triple 😜

Finally, a small independent brewery that produces with passion, it feels good!

Excellent craft beers, flavorful and delicious, with some limited-edition brews as well: Christmas, Spring, and Meadowsweet (my favorite). Brewers passionate about their craft.

During a beer and cheese evening, we had the pleasure of discovering this brewery where the quality of the beer is matched only by the friendliness of the owners. We highly recommend it and eagerly await our next visit.

Excellent products! And good value for money!

First time discovering and tasting the beers from the Pétillante Brasserie KS in Colmar. All the beers tasted were excellent, despite the bitterness of some (personal opinion), which is what makes them unique. The tasting took place at the excellent restaurant "La Récidive" in Issenheim. The food and beer pairing was simply perfect. A surprising marriage of liquid and solid; from now on, I'll be serving beer with foie gras, and the same with dessert. Thank you for this wonderful and enriching evening full of discoveries, both in terms of the drinks and the food. Thank you, gentlemen.

What's better than enjoying a beer in the great outdoors? It's even better! I definitely recommend this brewery. I'll definitely be back for more.

Themed evening organized by KS: Tasting of several beers paired with different cheeses. A very interesting and surprising experience. The cheesemaker and brewers discussed the different pairings. There are different beers for all tastes.
