Personally, the pistachoes ice cream is too sweet almost tasting artificial. No possibility of tasting even if they have many interesting (but not common) flavor. You need to buy, and also to risk 😉

I tried the vanilla ice cream and it was one of the best I've ever had. A scoop costs 3.5 Euros. You can choose between a cup or a cone. A biscuit is also included on top. I was very satisfied.

Very, very good! It's a shame there's nowhere to sit and the prices are quite high, in my opinion. The ice cream is delicious and the service is excellent.

The melon ice cream I got tasted mostly like sugar water with very little fruit flavor. Like other reviewers said they do not allow trying the flavors. Maybe other flavors are better, I would skip the melon.

A lovely ice cream parlor with many, and especially unusual, flavors like peach, green apple, and mandarin orange. One scoop costs €3.

Yes. The ice cream is great. But €3.50 for a scoop?!? Outrageous! Well, this is Colmar, the tourist hotspot. You can charge whatever you want for a scoop of ice cream there. Realistic prices, fantasy prices, whatever you like. But we are the customers, the market power is with us. We decide whether it's possible to charge such prices. The only thing we have to do is stop adding to the... Oh dear, there goes the next person buying an ice cream!

Our favorite ice cream shop for the past two years, which we've been going to in Colmar. But the skyrocketing prices are unbearable. For the first time today, we've decided to go elsewhere, and it's for good. Two years ago, three scoops cost €6.50. Today, it's the price of two scoops!! We're a family of four, it's just not feasible. Plus, we have a loyalty card that's never earned us anything! We wonder what the point is. What a shame.

The ice cream is very good but too expensive.

Ice creams were delicious. Cherry was awesome and so was mint chocolate. Fig sorbet was a bit too sour for my taste. Bubble tea is a disappointment though. It's just fruit juice with boba, so not really tea. But ice creams are great!

Reheated waffles with the extra touch of flavor given by the burnt grime from the machine.
