I had lunch there today with my family and I was ripped off by this restaurant. We ordered a total of seven dishes, and only five arrived at the table. However, when it was time to pay, everything was charged, and when we explained that it wasn't correct, no one took responsibility for the mistake. Today, I went to lunch at this restaurant and was robbed. I ordered two dishes that were charged to me but never arrived at my table. When I tried to complain, everyone at the restaurant was extremely rude. ******

First time in Colmar for the Christmas market. The wait was far too long for the five dishes on the menu. The foie gras starter was of average quality, especially considering the price of €20. The main courses were average and far too expensive. The dishes were very salty; the meat should be desalted if no salt is added, as it was more than a little salty. I didn't order dessert because I thought I could find better elsewhere given the quality and price. In short: I don't know if they have a Christmas menu to inflate prices for this period, but it seems like a tourist trap because the value for money is truly shameful. It's a shame, especially considering the staff who, despite their oversights, seem to be doing their best.

The atmosphere is impeccable, the owner is really top-notch, the same goes for the service, friendly and smiling, and the food is delicious.

Tourist trap… Run away and avoid… Five specialties… and out of the five… one is conspicuously absent… at 8:00 PM on a Friday night, the ham hock is already gone… but we only find out when we order… great timing, logically, I should have found out as soon as I walked in… so… we settle for sauerkraut… frankly… mediocre… the meat is fatty, dry, and the cabbage is swimming in white wine… but since when do you have fried onions on sauerkraut??? To top it all off, I'm still waiting for my drink and mustard, which I need to get rid of the white wine taste… I absolutely do not recommend this “restaurant.”

As a sommelier, I've never seen such a beautiful wine list, perfectly complemented by such wonderful dishes. I highly recommend it. Go without hesitation if you want an unforgettable evening.

Very good traditional food, simple and effective as we like it, a simply magnificent wine list with more than affordable prices, all lovers of good wines and good food must know this place.
