Avoid this place if you don't want food poisoning... So many fake positive reviews... the reality is deplorable service and appalling hygiene!

Appalling hygiene, unprofessional and responsible staff...some even sleep on the premises. All the positive reviews are fake, posted by their friends or by customers in exchange for a discount.

I arrived today at 12:05 PM, the doors were locked, initially thinking it was closed. I ordered a simple pizza and received it almost 40 minutes later with an undercooked crust. Within 30 minutes, I was the only customer (strange for a restaurant during peak hours). Being polite, I paid, but next time I won't even waste my time looking at the menu. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I went there on Monday, March 2nd, around 4 PM. I ordered a meat taco; it cost €9 on the menu. I gave him a €10 note, and he gave me 10 cents in change. I pointed out that the menu price was €9, not €9.90. He said, "Oh yes, indeed, there's a mistake, we'll correct it." Then I had my meal, so in the end, he kept the €1 even though the menu clearly said €9, not €9.90. Anyway, it's not a big deal; it's the first and last time they'll ever see me. Besides, let's be honest, the taco was so-so. There wasn't even any sauce. They had music blasting at an insane volume even though there was nobody in the fast-food restaurant.

It's expensive, not very good, and the service is really unpleasant. It's surprising it's still open. And the card payment shows up as being for a garage in Ostwald 🤔

The waiter's welcome was truly disastrous, not a smile, not a hello. I came to eat, so I turned around and left when I saw the catastrophic service.

Lack of atmosphere, prices fluctuate seasonally, it's a shame they're so inconsistent. Friendly, welcoming staff.

I went to eat with my friends. It was our first time at this fast-food restaurant, and it wasn't as "stylish" as we expected. The welcome was really pleasant at first glance; the waiter was very kind and friendly. However, the wait for our food was quite long (about 40 minutes), especially for a taco, which took an extra 5-10 minutes. There was Italian music playing in the background, a bit too loud but pleasant. When our food arrived, we noticed that the wings were literally burnt (most of the food seemed to have been frozen), the inside of the wings was cold, the tenders weren't crispy and soft as we'd hoped, the burgers had roughly chopped onions (large, unpleasant pieces) and their buns were burnt on top, the taco arrived with burnt bubbles on top... and there was even a hair in one of the plates. For my part, I ordered a plate of merguez sausage with salad and fries. The fries and salad were quite satisfactory, but the merguez didn't appeal to me and seemed undercooked. A friend of mine had to pay an extra €4 for a 50cl bottle of water… Regarding hygiene, we noticed that the glasses and cutlery weren't very inviting to use, and the toilets were simply unbelievable… there was no door to close, so privacy was completely lacking. This needs to be addressed in the future. Despite everything, it was a rather surprising and unexpected discovery, but still a "nice" one.

The atmosphere was pretty nice, the waiter was pleasant, but still: - Toilet without a door - Wing charred on the outside but cold on the inside - Burger bun also charred - 50cl bottle for €4 - Dirty glasses - Hair in the plate - 40-minute wait for a taco - Music very, very, very loud And to top it all off, everything seemed to have been frozen. The waiter was pleasant, though.

Avoid at all costs... The owner refuses to serve carafes of water... extremely aggressive, to the point of wanting to fight, and can't stand criticism. She goes around the bar trying to hit you... this place is surreal... she even says herself, "I'm a nervous wreck..."

Run away! Regardless of the questionable quality of the restaurant, it was a disastrous experience following a disagreement over the transparency of the menu and a feeling of being pressured into buying something. We left under physical threat from the owner.

Unfriendly owner, misleading menu, and no water carafe available. I do not recommend it.

We were a couple with two little girls. I insisted the tacos not be spicy, but they served them with hot peppers. We ordered the pizza without peppers, but they brought it with peppers. I told them they'd made a mistake, and they said they wouldn't change anything. It was way too spicy for the girls. I insisted, and they said they wouldn't change it, and if I left, they'd close the door... It was a disgraceful scene, both because of the way they treated us. My daughter ended up crying, and we had to pay and leave without eating! The blonde woman behind the bar was rude and disrespectful.
