A lovely little place right in the city center that only serves tartes flambees in a variety of flavors. They operate two shifts, and reservations are required. We went in the evening with a reservation, and when we arrived, they couldn't accommodate any more customers. Arriving for the second shift, we waited no more than ten minutes for a table to be free. The two ladies who run the place are very friendly and helpful. We requested a few changes to accommodate our dietary needs, and they were happy to accommodate them. We also treated ourselves to a sweet tarte flambé with apples and cinnamon—delicious! Recommended; prices are fair.

It's a very simple but well-run restaurant that only serves flammekueche. They're perfectly cooked and delicious. The place is small, admittedly, but the welcome is very friendly. And it's inexpensive. An ideal restaurant for a very good quality lunch. Highly recommended.

Why eat anywhere else??? Absolutely delicious tarte flambée, efficient and friendly service and staff. We were just passing through as tourists and we came back 3 times in 1 week. Go for it!
