A wonderful discovery! We had a fantastic time as a family. Everything came together for a truly memorable experience: a warm welcome, attentive staff, and seasonal cuisine showcasing local produce. Each dish was a delightful surprise, both in terms of flavor and presentation. Special mention goes to the wine pairings, which led to some truly delightful discoveries. We also greatly appreciated the children's menu, designed like the adult menu but with smaller portions. An excellent idea that allows even the youngest diners to fully share in this gastronomic experience. A huge congratulations to the entire team for their passion, which shines through in every detail. We will definitely be back!

We started looking for apartments to buy in the vicinity, after enjoying the amazing food in Utopie. Sadly, we realised that we cannot. ;) The combinations as well as the wine pairing and the attentive service are on the highest level. We enjoyed every second! And yes I'm sorry I forgot to make a picture of the strawberry dessert. Somehow it disappeared very quickly...

So glad we booked a table at this very comfortable and wonderful restaurant. It’s a 6 (++) course tasting menu for £80/ea and it changes every 6 (?) weeks to allow for seasonal changes. The food is very thoughtfully put together and lovingly presented. Portions are not big but that’s normal for tasting menus and by the time we were finished we were definitely not hungry and completely satisfied. I went for the alcohol free pairing and it was wonderful how much work and effort was put into creating some unique alcohol free drinks that not only worked well with the food but also were in themselves amazing creations. The service was excellent and very helpful with great English. If you’re anywhere near Gueberschwihr please try it out.

A truly exceptional experience from start to finish. The setting is magnificent, the atmosphere warm and inviting, and every detail is carefully considered to ensure a memorable time. Special mention goes to the incredible duo of the waitress and the sommelier: a genuine rapport, seamless, elegant, and effortless service. The waitress was attentive, smiling, and full of excellent recommendations, while the sommelier perfectly complemented the meal with inspired and precise wine pairings. You can feel their genuine passion for their craft and, above all, their excellent rapport, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Top-notch service without ever being pretentious. Clearly a place you'll want to return to, and one I wholeheartedly recommend.

Everything was impeccable from start to finish. The dishes were truly excellent, full of flavor, perfectly spiced, with incredible creativity and flavor combinations! Even the bread is homemade (including the gluten-free option). Not to mention the very good wines and the fabulous non-alcoholic wine pairings! As for the service, it was flawless. They were attentive, provided helpful explanations, and were genuinely kind. Don't wait to discover this wonderful restaurant!

Always a very pleasant experience full of surprises! We ate extremely well from start to finish. The dishes were refined and full of discoveries, like our wonderful celery dessert. Special mention for the service, so gentle and discreet: personalized attention, a truly calm atmosphere in the dining room, and a particularly pleasant person. We felt genuinely welcomed. Third time's the charm, and that's exactly what we plan to do! Each visit brings a new discovery and incredible new flavors. Special mention to the bartender/sommelier who speaks so passionately about his creations! We'll definitely be trying the non-alcoholic pairing, which sounds amazing. What a positive surprise! It doesn't have any special awards in the Michelin Guide or similar, so while we were looking forward to a good meal, we were then so pleasantly surprised. Extravagant, special, and very, very tasty. As far as I know, there's always a set menu that changes every six weeks. The menu arrived at a pleasant pace with excellent service and explanations. The only slight drawback was the wine pairing, which faltered a bit towards the end, but I'm not deducting anything from the overall rating for that. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide the menu in writing to the guests. That would also eliminate some language barriers. Definitely go if you're in the area!

A beautiful and excellent restaurant in a lovely village. The originality of the menu, where each dish is a surprise, is what made us want to book, and we weren't disappointed. Everything was excellent, and we discovered some wonderful new flavors. The staff was truly welcoming and friendly. We'll be back!
