Very good meal, excellent service.

We arrived late (8 pm) but were nonetheless warmly welcomed with our two dogs (a Belgian Malinois and a Husky), who also received a royal welcome upon arrival (water bowls and treats). This shows that their presence is not just tolerated, but genuinely accepted. The staff is attentive, helpful, and cheerful. After our aperitif and starter, we were treated to our main course (steak tartare) being prepared right at our table. A gentleman, who clearly knew what we wanted and had a keen eye for detail, impressed us with his precise measurements and the overall success of the dish. This is truly rare and much appreciated. I thank them for this wonderful evening. I highly recommend it and encourage you to try this experience.

A warm welcome, steak tartare prepared in front of the customers and seasoned to their liking, and if you're celebrating a birthday, you're even treated to a candle and some music ☺️. The dishes are beautifully presented, and from appetizer to dessert, it's a pure delight! The servers are attentive, responsive, and offer excellent advice. The setting is perfect for a romantic dinner or a family meal. Another great bonus is that dogs are welcome and pampered by the staff (treats and water are provided). I highly recommend this place ☺️ we will definitely be back!

Excellent restaurant! The servers are very friendly, the terrace is lovely and equipped with misting fans to keep you cool, the menu is varied, and the chicken oysters are delicious! 🤗

Absolutely magnificent! We were treated like royalty despite our large table of eight. The service was incredibly attentive and efficient, the entire team was incredibly kind, and the setting was perfect: a lovely terrace with a misting system. We adored the tartares, which were prepared tableside, as well as the cordon bleu. The food was generous and delicious. A restaurant we discovered by chance that truly respects its customers. Just 5 minutes from Colmar, with ample parking right in front. A huge thank you again for your warm welcome, and for taking such good care of our dog. We look forward to returning soon.

Absolutely perfect! The staff are top-notch, polite, quick, and smiling. The place is magnificent, and the food is simply delicious, made with fresh ingredients. I recommend it 1000%!

Last day of vacation, we had to end this wonderful stay with a good restaurant. My sister-in-law made a reservation and off we went. A lovely atmosphere; outside it was scorching hot, while on the shaded terrace a light mist and smiling staff welcomed us. It was off to a great start! After the usual suggestions, we made our choices, and as soon as we'd finished our aperitifs, the chef came over with impressive skill to prepare and let us taste the beef tartare that one of us had ordered. Not your average dish, I'd even say rare. There was also oven-baked steak, lamb rump steak, and fish—four different courses, and... four successes! The desserts were the same, all served with finesse and a smile (for some people, cooking is a calling). In short, if you're ever in the area, don't hesitate. We had a memorable time. The only downside I can think of is that I live 550 kilometers away. Thanks to all the staff at Le Sot l'y laisse for the... Professionalism and kindness, this is a long review but it was really worth it

We went there with our two children and we left delighted 🤩 everyone enjoyed the food and the service was top-notch, everyone was very pleasant + the terrace was fantastic 👌 we will definitely go back ☺️

The flavors are perfectly balanced, and the presentation is exquisite. The setting is pleasant, the atmosphere relaxed, and the overall experience a resounding success. It's rare to find a restaurant where the welcome, service, and cuisine are all at this level of excellence. A must-try that I wholeheartedly recommend. I can't wait to return and discover other specialties on the menu!
