We were there on a Thursday evening and the restaurant was empty.

Absolutely magnificent 😍, an exceptional setting, a warm welcome, and a team that goes above and beyond—smiling, kind, and always attentive. I've rarely encountered such a team! And the cuisine is consistently top-notch: precise, balanced, and made with beautiful, fresh ingredients cooked with ever-present creativity! The restaurant is a true haven of peace thanks to its authenticity. The dishes are exquisite with their unique flavors. The waitress was a little cold, however, but we had a very pleasant time.

Hello, I didn't recognize the refined, meticulous, light, beautiful, appetizing, and subtle cuisine I'd come to expect. I was quite disappointed. I was with a friend to whom I wanted to introduce the restaurant, whose deliciousness I had previously praised. Alas, yesterday at lunchtime, the dishes were conventional in texture and flavor, swimming either in vinaigrette or sauce, substantial, with an indefinable taste, and bland, despite the original and promising ingredients listed on the menu. For dessert, the ice cream scoops arrived in a dull bowl, alone, without any accompaniment. It was so surprising and minimalist that we exchanged glances and made the same comment about the extremely simplistic presentation. Throughout the meal, I remained perplexed by the crude presentation and the lack of conviction in the preparation of the dishes. I inquired and found that there had been no change of chefs. Perhaps the chef was simply lacking inspiration, motivation, and enjoyment in the kitchen, which showed on the plates. The dining experience was truly unremarkable. It's all the more disappointing given the unjustified price increase.

A very pleasant atmosphere and extremely attentive and friendly hosts. The food is excellent!
