We just wanted to eat an ice cream, but everything was fully booked... but we were still allowed to eat an ice cream on the terrace, great service!

A wonderful, family-run inn. It was incredibly busy, so reservations are highly recommended. The many activities for children (playgrounds, woods, a very large, well-maintained meadow, etc.) were especially great; we really enjoyed them. The food and service were also excellent! There is ample parking, and several circular hiking trails can be started from the inn. This place comes highly recommended!

An endless wait! They take fewer people when they can't deliver. Also, very few Alsatian specialties. Very disappointed.

Superb inn. Generous portions, enormous. The sauerkraut was excellent. The kids had delicious, runny omelets and superb grilled potatoes. The setting is great, and the service was quick and impeccable.

Lovely restaurant in the middle of the forest. We ordered the signature dishes: the chef's burger and the vol-au-vent. Delicious, with a special mention for the mille-feuille. We also had the brie with kirsch and the Black Forest cake, equally delicious. Overall, the portions are generous, good value for money. Excellent service despite the crowds. The terrace is pleasant with a playground and swings nearby, perfect for keeping the children entertained. It was busy, and I think we made the right decision to book.

I personally deliver the fresh produce and I'm in the kitchen where I see the cook and the owner preparing dessert. Absolutely everything is homemade; no products are bought anywhere else. I went to try it one evening with my wife, and honestly, this inn is absolutely top-notch, famous, and offers generous portions. I recommend it without hesitation and suggest you book in advance because there are never any tables available without a reservation. Well done, keep up the good work! 🙏🤞👌
