Tourist restaurant, no water, no bread, chipped cups, but the price-quality ratio is still acceptable. It's efficient, period.

I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant. In all of Ribeauvillé, this is the first time I've ever thought something was truly bad. Tasteless pizza, overcooked frozen fries, bibalalakas without ham, no salad, and flavorless potatoes that looked like they'd been boiled.

Having visited several times, I can attest that the restaurant offers a varied and high-quality menu in a pleasant, typically Alsatian setting. The service is generally quite fast. Conveniently located in the heart of the city center, it is strongly recommended to book in advance.

Great hotel with beautiful rooms and good food in the restaurant.

The location is lovely, and the terrace near the wine cellars is pleasant. However, we were disappointed with the meal. €19 for a "fresh salad" consisting of melon, ham, and burrata (without any starch) is overpriced; you can find cheaper options in neighboring restaurants. The plain tarte flambée wasn't great either; the pastry was really poor, and you could tell it wasn't homemade. I think this restaurant is expensive for the quality of what it offers.

Had a glass of wine and the kids a lemonade. Unfortunately the waiter knocked over my wine glass so it broke and I got my pants completely wet. She apologized many times and that was fine and I got a new glass of wine. They could have given me my glass of wine for free now that I was sitting with wet pants or have covered our entire bill. They didn't. We paid full price. That's not good service.

Authentic cuisine, a pleasant setting, a meal enjoyed.

The waiters are very nice, but my goodness... good luck to them putting up with such an unpleasant boss! We will never return to this establishment that treats its employees so badly. As for the food, you'll find better elsewhere, that's for sure.

Nice setting Decent food Excellent service Things get seriously complicated at checkout, where the manager has absolutely no customer service skills. I had to yell at her waitress to get paid at the table and not at the bar. "Come to your table, go to your table!" Take some lessons in customer service and management. Well done to the rest of the team; they alone deserve this rating.

We only ate here during the siesta times, when everything else was closed, lovely staff, good food, nice shadow from the buildings and vineyard covering the restaurant (visited during the heatwave and it helped us rest and cool off), warmly recommend!

Excellent restaurant, thank you to David for his superb service; he was very pleasant throughout the meal and was able to adapt to our requests as he saw fit. Thanks also to the kitchen, which was superb.
