We came for dinner on Saturday evening; the spaetzle gratin and the tarte flambée were delicious, there was hardly any wait, the waitress was very friendly, and the prices are very reasonable for homemade food.

What a shame! The waitress was very friendly and smiling, the portions were huge, and the price was reasonable... but it was tasteless. The meat was processed, and my dish (ham hock on sauerkraut) was cold and not very tasty (they reheated it at my request, thank you). Why not reduce the quantity and increase the quality? We only ordered one dish.

We had lunch with friends on January 31st. We received a very warm welcome. The meal was served with great professionalism and kindness. All the Alsatian specialties were enjoyed. We felt very comfortable at La Diligence. Thank you to the entire team. It's a very safe restaurant.

Disappointed by the experience. The food was subpar: the dish didn't match the description and was clearly bland. The staff offered no advice or explanations. As for the service, it was deplorable, inattentive, and unprofessional. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Avoid at all costs! I should have read the reviews before going in. The main course consisted of processed meats and industrial-looking pâté en croûte… and it was served cold… nothing was mentioned on the menu. But the worst part was the young waiter who should probably seek help… or consider a career change! A tourist trap!

A small restaurant serving 100% Alsatian homemade cuisine in enormous portions. The flavors were fantastic. We appreciated the service and the thoughtful touches for our 2-year-old, who didn't have to wait to eat. A bonus: very reasonable prices, even during the Christmas season when it's extremely busy. Well done!

A disastrous experience at this restaurant in Riquewihr. The staff were unpleasant and unprofessional, clearly giving the impression they didn't know what they were doing there. They showed no sense of service and no attention to the customer. The dishes were low-quality, tasteless, and unworthy of the prices charged, let alone the region's gastronomic reputation. As for the wine, it was simply undrinkable, which is unacceptable in Alsace. Just another tourist trap in Riquewihr. I strongly advise against it; there are much better options just a few streets away.
