A very bad experience. We had to wait a very long time, the waiter got the order wrong... two out of three main courses, and the same with the desserts. The wait was excruciatingly long... We never received our coffee... And to our surprise, the bill on the table wasn't ours, but the one from the next table. After we finally received our bill, it wasn't correct either; we were charged for dishes we never ordered. They had to recalculate the bill... And a word of advice: don't stop at the restrooms...

Hello, I came back to eat this evening, but I reserved my table by phone. Honestly, Darlene gave me a lovely welcome... And a lovely welcome on arrival from Caroline, who manages everything perfectly, and the rest of the team. I ate very well. Thank you to Thérèse and the kitchen staff! 😉 And thank you for the attentive and customer-focused service from Sarah B, always with a smile! 😌 (But what's really lovely to see is that everyone is smiling!) A big thank you!!

The meal was decent, not amazing, but it was what you'd expect: perfectly cooked red meat. The service was a little slow, but this was offset by a very friendly and energetic waitress who kept checking on us and apologizing for the wait. I think her name was Alison, an excellent waitress. The restaurant could use a little renovation, but it was quite clean.

The meal was good! We had a 40-minute wait, and the kids were getting restless... the waitress apologized! However, I ordered a large ice cream that looked amazing in the picture, but I only received a small glass! It was nothing like the picture – a complete rip-off!

I was looking forward to eating at a Buffalo Grill again, as I have been a fan of the concept for years. However, we left disappointed. We often had to wait a very long time. At one point, I wanted to skip dessert, but my daughter had a kids' menu and dessert is included with it. This resulted in us spending almost an extra hour at the table. A surprise is also included with the kids' menu. My daughter saw the beautiful stuffed animals and school supplies pictured on the screen in the restaurant and was already dreaming about which one she would get... When paying the bill, we were told that the surprise was pencils and that they were out of stock. I understand that the staff can't help that, but no alternative was offered either. My daughter went home crying as she passed the claw machine where the stuffed animals from the commercial were located. However, it cost 2 euros to use the machine, but I didn't want to spend extra money in this place where pushing and shoving wastes a lot of time, especially since the place wasn't even half full.
